Granted... it's slightly higher price than many other places... but it IS factory service.
But more importantly, they really kick ass in the customer service department. Right now I'm waiting for my car to get an oil change (if it were something that would take more than an hour, I'd have a loaner car already). While I'm waiting, I have free access to a huge waiting room... DirecTV (And yes, I can change the channel to anything I want), free vending machine (yes, free), and per-cup freshly made coffee.
And now, wonder of all wonders, they have WiFi and wired connections for my laptop in the waiting area, with full desks and phones :)
They seriously treat you very, very good, very professional, and have everything to make my life waiting for my car as happy as possible. I like it :)
