Las Vegas - The highs and lows of KuteLuvr

About Las Vegas

Previous Entry Las Vegas Mar. 1st, 2005 @ 07:03 am Next Entry
Rebecca and I have been making perfect time, according to my MapPoint schedule. We drove into Las Vegas last night and checked into the New York, New York hotel, which we had pre-booked on Expedia.

While checking in they informed us that they had a "special offer" that they give to a "precious select few guests" that check into the hotel. For an extra $60, we could upgrade from our cheap ass cot-in-your-basement room to a 1400 sq. ft. Penthouse. We look at each other and I say "I'll pay you the $60... I want that room." She nods, and it is made so.

HOLY CRAP is this place nice! Rebecca says it's larger than her last apartment (and I believe her).

First is the entryway... solid black and white marble, leading into the dining room/living room area.

Next we have the seating.living room area... a semi-circular sectional couch with small coffee table...

Followed by the wet-bar (not a mini-bar... that's what room service is for)... the table to the right seats four and is solid marble...

To the left we enter the bedroom with a desk and another sitting area... (king size bed shown, actual size may vary)

Around the corner in the bedroom is the four-person jacuzzi tub surrounded by glass... a mobster/pimp's dream come true...

Connected to the bedroom is the bathroom... solid marble, dual-vanity with a separate primping area, double-size shower and necessary toilet. This brings us back around to the entry-way through the second door.

All in all, I'm muy-impressed... this is prob the best room I've ever seen... I feel like lifestyles of the rich and famous. We actually did inspect for video cameras just to see if it was candid camera or something. We're dorks. :P
