I'll go whenever my boyfriend decides that you all have to inflict snow on me.

Actually, we're going up to stay with friends 12/16 - 12/18 .. want to come with? We can probably swing space, it's a timeshare and there are 3-4 rooms.

Hmmm, and just where is this timeshare? North lake? South lake?

It would be nice to see some of the people I know from the Bay Area when they come up to Tahoe this winter.

BTW, I don't recommend this weekend, and probably not next; the snow is verysparse on the ground right now. There was a snow storm monday night to tuesday, but it rained tuesday (or so reported my next door neighbor when I talked to him on the phone last night after I landed in Toronto). The ski/snowboard season is starting very slowly this year, in stark contrast to last year.

You would be crazy to go this weekend or next. There is just not enough snow to make it worthwhile unless you can go to Colorado.

Chris--

We have two guest bedrooms in Utah where the snow is awesome. 8" (of new snow in the last 24 hours at Alta--no boarding there).

I'd love to! ...maybe after the new year though... perhaps on a weekend where you've just gotten a ton of snow?

What do you mean "no boarding"? I ONLY board, so somewhere that doesn't allow boarding wouldn't work for me :( Do mormons not board? ;)

*hug* :)

Well, Brighton and several ski areas allow boarders, but Alta is just for skiers.

See you in January?
