I am on an 8 week Hydroxycut regimine right now - caffiene, ginsing, green tea. I take 2 pills 30-45 minutes before I eat.. 6 pills a day. It's helped me shave off 2-3% BF, but it can cause grindy headachey issues. That aside - I eat:
Breakfast - 4 egg whites, 1/2 of a large whole wheat bagel w/ 1 TSB fruit jam, 1 banana.
Lunch - 1 cup baby carrots. 1 lil container thingy of fat free yogurt. 1 can plain tuna. 1 small packet of trader joe's turkey jerky.
Snack - 1 apple, 1 cup diced raw califlower.
1 28g protein, 3 Net carb post-workout bar.
Dinner: 1 Misc. Lean Cuisine TV Dinner, 1 whole wheat low carb tortilla with salsa or something on it. If I want a snack before bed, I'll have a can of string beans or corn because it's like 80 calories and mostly fiber.
I have eaten like that 5 days a week for at least a month now. I need to up the amount of abdominal workouts I do to help my torso push out against the little bit of fat I still have. Bother.
